Feedback Mechanisms

Consumers are often reluctant to take energy conservation seriously because they are not aware of the problems of energy use or of the amount of energy that they are using. Feedback mechanisms in buildings and products to alert and educate consumers about their own behaviour can be affective in improving behaviour. Could be extended to other aspects of behaviour.
